Shubhangi Atre Poorey (born April 11, 1981(1981-04-11))[1] is an Indian television actress on the Indian soap opera Kasturi.[2]She first essayed the role of Palchin of Kasautii Zindagii Kay. After some time she was written out of Kasautii Zindagii Kay and took the role of the protagonist of the serial Kasturi. It's because of that serial she is so famous today. Last serial as lead actress was Rajshri Productions' Do Hanson Ka Jodaa on NDTV Imagine.[3]. Currently she is playing a supporting role in Rajan Shahi's Havan.[4]

Shubhangi Atre Poorey is from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She is married to Piyush Poorey[5] and has a daughter named Ashi.[6] She achieved fame mainly due to her acting in TV serials. She also has a MBA degree from IMS,DAVV,Indore.[7]
